Keeping it Fresh.

Buckwheat Scones/Cornmeal biscuits:

  • As a side for soup
  • Breakfast with jam and Jarlsberg cheese
  • An afternoon snack with butter and honey (green tea too). 

Yam and Chickpea Curry:

  • Over rice
  • Over quinoa
  • Over sliced raw savoy cabbage

Pulled Pork: 

  • With rice and zucchini
  • Burritos 
  • Tacos
  • Omelettes (for when you need a serious breakfast!) 
  • Pulled pork sandwiches (with guacamole and onion chutney)
